  • Feasibility studies: Creating financial feasibility analyses and structures to enable developers, investors, operators and financiers to ascertain the viability of a potential business or development prior to commencement.
  • Management Letting Rights: Assessing and establishing appropriate structures for Management Letting rights in conjunction with their financial viability.
  • Operator selection: As part of a development or repositioning process, MPS will establish the best structure for an organisation, introduce, review and assess potential operators, negotiate management agreements, leases and franchise agreements.
  • Body corporate structures: Establishing structures within a development to ensure appropriate liabilities are established and Stakeholders' interests are represented.
  • Strata title structures: Assist in establishing and designing an appropriate strata title.
  • Business concept modelling: Exploring a variety of structures to ascertain the appropriate model for individual businesses.   
  • FF&E procurement and co-ordination: Establishing budgets and identifying, documenting and procuring an entire range of fittings, fixtures and equipment for a variety of developments.
  • Refurbishment and redesign: MPS will work in conjunction with Architects and interior designers to ensure infrastructure and functionality is incorporated in conjunction with aesthetics.
  • Conceptual and operational design: Ensuring “form follows function” so that each project is designed and structured to provide optimum efficiencies to maximise on the bottom line results and comply with occupational, health and safety requirements.
  • Management infrastructure: Establishing Management and employment infrastructure at an appropriate level to operate businesses effectively.
